Standard Operation Protocols

  • QUARANTINE

    Every new genetic we bring in gets a 4 week quarantine outside of the mother and clonIng space, in case the Hop Latent Viroid or any other diseases are present.

  • TEST

    Every new genetic we bring in gets tested for Hop Latent Viroid after the quarantine time.

    We work with our local lab "Altus Biolab".

  • PREVENT

    We always change clothes and wear gloves entering the garden.

    We always change gloves between plants and clean the working tools and containers at least a minute in a 10% bleach solution.

    Every mother plant uses their own coaster not getting in touch with other plants drainage.

CLONING TECH

Our cloning procedure aims for proper callus building rather than shooting roots fast.

Therefore we push the calcium levels on the mother plants, never using hollow stems for cloning.

We sterilize the tools after every plant in a bleach solution and change the scalpells after every cloning round to guarantee a clean cutting surface.

In the cultivating process we aim for proper humidity levels to prevent any mold builtup or other outbreaks.

We spray the mother plants and clones weekly, varying differnt products:

  • Sulfur
  • Neem
  • Pyrethrin
  • Family Essential Oil Blend

For media treatment we use

  • Athena Cleanse for propagation
  • BTI bacteria
  • beneficial nematodes
